I’m a Personal Trainer so a lot of the time my clients might ask me for suggestions on healthy eating ideas and recipes; being unwilling to simply bore people with “chicken, broccoli and rice” based answers indefinitely I decided to start exploring healthy ways to prepare tasty meals, so check out this one for Spanish Spaghetti.
The one thing which binds people of different culture is their food. Be it the Asian, European or Middle Eastern cuisines, a foodie will always love tasting new cuisines. My favorite is the Italian food as its rich creamy and spicy too. From top most restaurants, street food, to cozy homes, people love eating Italian food. Pizza is one Italian creation which is loved by people all around the world. But, my love is more inclined towards the Spaghetti.
You never get bored eating these slippery noodles coated with sauce. While many people like to their Spaghetti with cream sauce, I like to mix it tangy sauce and fresh herbs, not only because generally speaking there’s a lot less fat/satfat and calories in that type of sauce, but done right it can also be much tastier.. One of the reasons why I like my Spaghetti this way is it contains less calories and gives a burst of taste in mouth. This is a very easy recipe and takes nearly 30 to 35 minutes to cook. All the ingredients use in the recipe are simple and easy to get in any market store. So, if you want to dine well or show off your culinary skills to your friends, this Spanish Spaghetti will do wonders for you.
